Delivery & Returns Policy

Shipping And Handling All products are issued by first class delivery or recorded post./courier

Delivery Schedule We aim to deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you within 3 business days.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed or telephoned with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee.

The terms of any contract between yourself and Abacus Corporate Accountancy will not affect your statutory rights.

On receipt of an order we will email or ring you to confirm the order details and payment authorisation before shipping.

Returns If the product/s has not been shipped you may cancel the order by email, fax or telephone at no cost to yourself within 48 hours of the order being placed. If you receive a product from us you have the right to return the product unopened within 7 days from receipt at your specified delivery address and be refunded the price of the product in full, however the post and packaging charge, if applicable will not be refunded unless the product is faulty.

Software must be returned unopened/sealed and should not have been registered for use otherwise Credit or Replacement cannot be made.
